Terms of use

Draft for legal review. Not reviewed by a lawyer and not in force.

1. What Mitra is

Mitra is experimental, open software for launching and trading tokens on Robinhood Chain testnet. It is a website that helps you send transactions to smart contracts. It is not a bank, broker, exchange, custodian or adviser.

2. Testnet only

Mitra runs only on a test network. Test tokens have no value. Do not send real assets.

3. No advice, no promises

Nothing on Mitra is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Mitra makes no promise of any income or outcome. Fee sharing is a mechanism; whether anything accrues depends on others’ trades.

4. Your responsibility

You use Mitra at your own risk. The contracts are unaudited. You are responsible for your wallet, keys and transactions, and for complying with the laws that apply to you.

5. Conduct

  • Do not impersonate real people, brands or other tokens.
  • Do not upload images you do not have the right to use, or unlawful content.
  • Do not use Mitra from a restricted region.

6. Moderation

Mitra may hide tokens from its own website, for example after a report. This does not and cannot change the contracts or the chain.

7. Liability

[To be drafted by counsel: disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, governing law, disputes.]

8. Changes

[To be drafted by counsel: how these terms change and how users are told.]
